    Note: For returns, exchanges, repairs, or professional polishing, we provide a fully insured shipping label for a flat $20 fee to ensure your piece arrives safely back to our studio.

  • The Unboxing: Every order arrives in our signature logo packaging, designed to protect your piece and look beautiful for the "reveal."

  • Half or Quarter Sizes: If you need a size not listed (like a 3.75), we are happy to accommodate. Simply contact us with your request.

    Chain Lengths: We can extend your chain for $22 per additional inch.

    Custom Clasps: To swap our signature spring ring for a 14k Lobster Clasp, there is a $70 fee.

    How to Order: Add your request to the "Order Notes" at checkout. We will email a separate invoice for the additional balance.

  • Arrival Guarantee
    Please inspect your ANTAJU piece upon arrival. In the rare event of a discrepancy in your personalization or a manufacturing defect, contact us within 10 days so we can prioritize your correction.

    Each ANTAJU piece is handcrafted specifically for you. Because of this, all made-to-order and engraved items are Final Sale.

    Non-Personalized Items
    Ready-to-wear pieces (non-engraved) may be returned within 10 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition. Valid proof of purchase from ANTAJU is required for all returns, exchanges, or repairs.

    Fit & Adjustments
    We want your ANTAJU piece to fit perfectly. If a sizing error occurs, we offer professional resizing services for a fee. Please contact us for instructions to ensure your piece is handled correctly.

    Heirloom Warranty
    ANTAJU is crafted to last. We offer complimentary repairs for 90 days from the date of delivery. After 90 days, we are happy to service ANTAJU pieces for a professional bench fee.

Because our pieces are genuine solid gold, they will naturally develop a soft surface patina over time. These faint marks are the honest, beautiful texture of a piece worn every day.

    Cleaning: Use a drop of dish soap in warm water with a soft brush. Rinse and pat dry.

    Studio Polishing: We offer professional in-studio polishing at no charge. We provide an insured shipping label for a flat $20 fee. Proof of purchase is required.
