• Everything we do is handmade in our tiny North Park studio. Most pieces are made-to-order and take 2 weeks to move from a creative thought to a finished piece. For ready-to-ship items, we’ll have them on their way to you within 2–3 business days.

  • We keep it simple with reliable delivery via UPS or FedEx Ground.

    • The Unboxing: Every order arrives in our signature logo packaging, designed to protect your piece and look beautiful for gifting.

    • Personal Touch: Sending a gift? We love a good story. Leave a note at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten card for you at no extra charge.

  • We offer standard American sizes, but we know beauty isn't always "standard."

    • Half or Quarter Sizes: If you need a size not listed (like a 3.75), we are happy to make it. Simply [Contact Us] with your request.

    • Chain Lengths: We can extend your chain for $38 per additional inch.

    • Custom Clasps: To swap our signature spring ring for a Lobster Clasp, there is an additional $70 fee.

    • How to order: Add your request to the Order Notes at checkout. We will email you a separate invoice for the additional balance.

  • We know returns can be a headache, so we keep ours clear:

    • Engraved & Custom: Because these are "journaled" specifically for you, they are final sale. If we made a mistake on our end, we will fix it immediately.

    • Ready-to-Ship: Non-custom pieces can be returned within 15 days. To keep our small studio sustainable, these returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

      • Condition: Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

  • We stand behind our goldsmithing. Your ANTAJU piece is covered by a 90-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

    • What’s Covered: Structural issues related to our craftsmanship.

    • What’s Not: Life happens! Our warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, loss, or theft.

    • • After 90 Days: We are happy to offer repairs for a small fee to keep your collection in perfect shape.

  • 14k solid gold is durable, but it’s not invincible. To keep it glowing:

    • The "Acid" Rule: Don't wear your jewelry while showering, swimming in chlorine, or cleaning with harsh chemicals.

    • The 30-Second Clean: Use a drop of mild dish soap and warm water. Scrub gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

    • Storage: Store pieces separately to avoid scratches—gold likes its own space.
